Faye in New York
posted in Models |
It’s almost impossible not to turn your head when someone with a presence like Faye walks past you. I felt all of New York staring at us while walking through the streets of Manhattan. After the first amazing shoot in a tiny hotel room in Toronto with Ms. Faye, I had to fly her down to New York to shoot in three hotels and a studio. It was an incredible pleasure for me to have her spend the weekend working with me, shooting some high end work, and lots of intime work. The fabulous high end makeup was done by the super talented Nancy Lan.

Tony, you get the HOTTEST models. Nancy, of course, probably turned this already gorgeous model into unattainable beauty. GREAT team!
Tny, I am a big fan of your work. Just wonder what sort of lighting equipment u used when u shoot in a hotel room? I seem to have problem with flash and never get the light right. Mind to share?
Hi Manfred. My studio lighting only consists of two Alien Bee strobes with umbrellas, unless it’s daytime with all natural window light. Sometimes I’ll use a bare bulb (no umbrella) with the AB, or with one, or mix it up. Check out http://www.alienbees.com
Thx Tony….HK only has those cheaper ones from china which are selling at more reasonable price…Bowens and others are abit too expensive…
